This hydrostatic reservior/tank tester allows the reservior/tank under
test to first be filled with water, from your water supply. It should
be attached to the very top of the tank (for fittings on the end of the
tank, we hang the tank lengthways from the crane and rest it on some
blocking, on the ground, before filling it with water). Once the tank
is completely filled with water, right up to the top, the air pressure
from a high pressure air compressor can be applied, to safely test the
tank.
